The City of Everett's 1st sewers were constructed in 1890, 3 years before Everett was incorporated. In 1897, the construction of a citywide system began in north Everett. This north portion of the system is combined, carrying stormwater and sanitary sewage to Everett's wastewater treatment plant, called the Everett Water Pollution Control Facility (EWPCF). With population growth, the system expanded to the south. The south portion of the system is sanitary sewage only.
Please note: The City of Everett is responsible for and maintains sewer lines in the city public right of way. Within the Everett city limits, per city ordinance 14.08.260, private property owners are responsible for the integrity and maintenance of side sewers outside of the city right of way and any materials they discharge into the sewer up to the sewer main.
@AileneA I think there is a possibility that you didn't read my statement before you responded. Not to be short about it but - I'm aware that I can turn on Location tracking. I made a statement about the LOCATION OF SALE that is utilized on an invoice to aid in sales tax when you aren't shipping to a customer but instead are charging tax based on the LOCATION OF SALE. If that data were available anywhere in the system besides that one place, we could potential use it to indicate Job sites on an invoice and/or use it to filter for sales by state (the address, city and state should be her for sales tax) which is the topic of the thread. I should not have to turn on location tracking, creating another field that has to be completed on every invoice then go back and correct all the invoices that were issued before location tracking was turned on in order to get data that already exists without the extra steps. The data is there. I would just like access to it. I'm sure others will benefit from having access as well.
Try running the Transaction List by Customer report. Click on the customize report button. Add the columns to the report for Billing Address and Shipping Address. Export the report to Excel. Add filters to the headings in the report. Go to the filter by billing address or shipping address. Then filter by entering the needed state or city in the search field.
Beginning with the 2022 tax year, qualified homeowners in the City of Greenville can receive a homestead exemption on their primary residence. The city has approved a local option homestead exemption of 10% of the homesite value of the property.
Homeowners who already qualify for the school district homestead exemption do not need to file a new application for the city exemption. The appraisal district will apply the 10% exemption to the city taxes automatically for those already qualified.
The City of Caddo Mills now offers a tax limitation/ceiling for homeowners age 65 or older/disabled person on their residential homestead property. This benefit puts a ceiling on the dollar amount of property taxes you pay each year to the City of Caddo Mills. This does not freeze the assessed value or the tax rate. If the city taxes decrease, the amount you owe can still decrease.
